Home made Raspberry Jam
Made some home made raspberry jam today to use up the glut of fruit on the bushes.
Including 3 jars of Fridge Jam which has half the sugar you should normally use..
Had a taste and thumbs up..
I like the fridge jam as there is a nice tang off it😁

Made in January 2020 and had hops added and SME (or DME) used instead of Brew Enhancer
